Apple just released a new Podcast app for iOs and it is a thing of beauty. Finally, real audio and video podcast management and discovery, along with a really cool radio station feature which creates seamless “stations” of their top content.

The most interesting thing about the trial of Oracle suing Google over knowingly ripping off Java code is by far the released images of test Android phones and Operating system before a certain phone came to market.

You’ve seen all those perfect families doing amazing things in those Apple Facetime commercials… Witness the reality of how I just spent the last half-hour: talking my father through installing facebook on his iPhone with him using Facetime on my brother’s iPhone who lives with them, but refuses to help my father with any sort of computer problem, yet has no problem with berating me the entire time…

As I walked up the steps of the subway exit last night I could tell that the sunset over the Manhattan skyline would be spectacular. Unfortunately, I erred in not grabbing my real camera on the way over to the waterfront. So…here are a few slightly off photos taken with my iPhone. You can still see how dramatic the clouds and colors looked…
